All Barriva products purchased on the barriva.com web resource are delivered from warehouses located in Germany. All questions and claims for delivery must be sent to Barriva agent in Germany at:

Attention! If, for some reason, the cost of shipping for your country is not automatically calculated in your basket, please contact us, we will fix it immediately.

When delivery of goods to countries not included in the EU, any postal items are subject to customs inspection. The cost of shipping indicated on our website does not include customs fees and payable by the customer accordingly. Customs fees vary by legislation of different countries and we are not physically in a position to indicate all of them on our website. Please consult advance with appropriate customs authority of your country, for a non-taxable customs amount for international postal items and as well about tariffs for customs duties.

Deutsche Post

For our customers, parcels weighing up to 1 kg are available, the shipment cost is calculated automatically in the basket, after the addition of the goods. All shipments through the Deutsche Post are insured for up to € 37.50, additional insurance is not possible. Delivery times for the EU countries: 3-10 days, depending on the country of delivery; other countries: 7-30 days, depending on the country. Tracking of parcels is present, however, when delivering a parcel to the territory of the CIS countries, the tracking capability is limited by the technical capabilities of the companies / partners.

DHL

For our customers, parcels weighing up to 20 kg are available, the shipment cost is calculated automatically in the basket, after the addition of the goods. All shipments via DHL are insured for up to € 500, additional insurance is available in the our shop in the ‘Uncategorized’ section (just add additional insurance to your basket). Delivery times are automatically calculated in your shopping cart after you specify the shipping address. Tracking of parcels is present, however, when delivering a parcel to the territory of the CIS countries, the tracking capability is limited by the technical capabilities of the companies / partners.

Return Policy:

The customer may revoke the contract in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods within one week without giving reasons. The term begins upon receipt of the goods. The deadline for revocation shall be deemed kept if the revocation or the goods are sent in good time. The revocation shall be addressed to:

This right to revocation shall not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which Barriva Group LTD has made on the basis of customer specifications; or which were clearly tailored to the personal needs of the individual customer; or whose quality renders them unsuitable for returning. The aforesaid right to revocation shall not apply either if the goods ordered by the customer are to be used for his own commercial or independent professional activity.

In case of an effective revocation, the performances mutually received and emoluments taken (e.g. interest) shall be returned. The purchase contract shall be voided after the return of the goods, and Barriva Group LTD will refund any payments already received within 14 days to the customers. Any obligations to refund payments must be met by the customer within 30 days after sending his revocation. If the customer cannot return the received performance in whole or in part or can return it only in deteriorated condition, he must provide appropriate compensation for the value. In the examination of goods this shall not apply if the deterioration of the goods is due exclusively to the examination, as it would have been possible to the customer e.g. in a retail store. Apart from that, the customer can avoid the obligation to compensation by not using the goods as if they were his property and avoiding anything which might impair their value.

Returns within Germany

When sending back a shipment whose order value amounts to a total of up to € 40.-, the customer shall bear the costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the order. Otherwise, the return shall be free of cost for the customer. The right to revocation of the contract shall exist independently of any warranty claims if the goods are defective. In case of a defect covered by warranty, the customer shall have the right, in accordance with the legal provisions, to demand supplementary performance, to rescind the contract or to reduce the purchase price.

Returns from all countries except Germany

The customer shall bear the costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the order. The right to revocation of the contract shall exist independently of any warranty claims if the goods are defective. In case of a defect covered by warranty, the customer shall have the right, in accordance with the legal provisions, to demand supplementary performance, to rescind the contract or to reduce the purchase price.
